Taylor is the VP & Chair of Venture Out, an organization building an LGBTQA+ tech and entrepreneurship community, with the goal of creating a more diverse and inclusive future. He is also the VP of Client Experience at MindSea, a Canadian app development company, where he oversees marketing and sales. 

Taylor holds a BA(H) in Political Science from the University of Toronto. He is a former All-Canadian university student athlete and captained the swim team to a national championship. He is deeply passionate about diversity and inclusion and loves talking about the awesome work being done in the Canadian tech scene.
